AvailableContractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to remove old roo ng and to install new standing seam metal roof, as well as all other roo ng components. Replace damaged gutter sections/fasteners with like material, shape, and size. The work breakdown is not all inclusive and other work may be required to achieve an acceptable level of workmanship for the roof replacement/repair. If additional work or repairs are required not include in this statement of work, you must address it during the open question period. All products shall: Remove and properly dispose of existing roofing materials. There are approximately 18 squares of roof surface. Replace rotted roof rafters. All exposed material will be primed and painted to match existing color. See attached file.
