Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mississippi Valley Division, in coordination with the Memphis District, is hosting an in-person Industry Day on September 17, 2026, at the Engineer Research and Development Center in Vicksburg, Mississippi, concerning the Articulated Concrete Mattress mat casting program. The event will provide vendors with information about the current state and future plans for ACM mat casting supporting Mississippi River bank stabilization, navigation, and flood risk management. This is an informational Special Notice rather than a proposal solicitation; no contract will be awarded from the event and unsolicited proposals will not be accepted.
