Description: The City of Carson is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified event production, venue management, and event operations firms to serve as the Master Event Operator for The Carson Experience/Carson X. Services include integrated event planning, design management, procurement and subcontracting, site build-out, operational readiness, Games-time operations, and event closeout for a proposed up-to-30-day celebration associated with the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games period and Carson’s 60th anniversary. This is a qualifications-based procurement, with no cost or fee proposal requested initially, rather than a grant program.
