Massey Street Sewer Abandonment (ITB)

Work includes 25 EA clearing and mulching/removing trees (>6" dbh); 636 LF 18" astm f679 (ps 115) PVC gravity sewer pipe, by open cut; 62 LF anchored cover over proposed pipe, and related riprap lining; 33 LF 14" steel casing pipe, botoc; 5 EA 5' dia. Internal drop concrete manhole (up to 6' depth); 91 VF 100-mil epoxy coating of new 5' dia manholes (including benches, floors, and cones); 3 EA replace ring & cover assembly and raise cover to 6" above existing grade; 10 EA service lateral re-connections (all sizes and lengths; includes cleanout assembly); 8 EA temporary sanitary sewer facilities to affected property owners.
