Maryland DPDS- Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services in Baltimore City (Pre-Trial)

Description: The Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive substance use disorder treatment services, including medication for opioid use disorder counseling, screening, assessment, therapy, care coordination, and re-entry planning. Services will be provided at multiple Baltimore City pre-trial detention facilities under an indefinite-quantity, fixed-unit-price agreement with a three-year base period and two optional two-year extensions.
