Description: The State of Maryland’s Department of Budget and Management is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive dental plan administration and insurance services for state employees, retirees, and dependents. The procurement covers a fully insured Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO-FI) and a self-funded Dental Preferred Provider Organization (DPPO-SF), with a seven-year base period beginning January 1, 2028. Proposals must be submitted through eMMA in separate technical and financial envelopes by September 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern.
