Market Survey - Controller Training Solutions (CTS) II

Description: The Federal Aviation Administration issued this active Sources Sought/RFI to obtain industry feedback for the next-generation Controller Training Solutions (CTS) II acquisition, and it is not a grant program or a request for proposals. The contemplated effort covers ATC training lifecycle support, including classroom instruction, simulation laboratory support, curriculum maintenance and development, and program management at the FAA Academy and more than 300 field facilities nationwide. The FAA is seeking recommendations for transitioning from a time-and-materials structure to a firm-fixed-price vehicle, including innovative training methods and incentives, with responses due September 11, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EDT.
