Manhole Cleaning & Coating Continuing Service RFP

Description: The City of Pinellas Park is seeking multiple qualified contractors to provide continuing manhole cleaning, inspection, sealing, and coating services to reduce inflow and infiltration in the sanitary sewer system. Work includes independent inspections, cleaning, sealing, waterproofing, and protection of sanitary sewer manholes, with individual task orders issued under continuing contracts. This is an active invitation to bid and is not a grant program.
