Management and Operation of a Multimedia Production Workshop for Department of Recreation and Parks Program Participants (RFP)

A. Provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for at-risk youth. B. Offer high-quality, hands on experiential learning and instruction in various aspects of multimedia production with state of the art equipment to include, but not limited to, camera bodies, lenses, follow focus, monitors, gimbals, jibs, lighting units, stingers, reflectors, lighting gels, field audios recorders, shotgun microphones, booms, xlr cables, lavalier (lav) microphones, computers, and post production software. C. Mentor participants in the completion of short-form media projects (e. G. , psas, short documentaries, narrative films, community news segments). D. Facilitate pathways for participants to showcase their work to the community and potential employers/educators. E. Achieve measurable positive outcomes in participant engagement, skill acquisition, and future readiness.
