Malkovich Park West End Decorative Privacy Fence Project - (Request for Quotes)

Description: Construct one decorative privacy fence measuring approx. 44 LF in length and 6' in height. Fence shall be installed on the existing concrete ledge at the west end of Malkovich Park. Contractor shall verify all field dimensions prior to construction. Fence shall utilize pressure-treated lumber suitable for exterior applications. Fence shall feature horizontal boards with matching trim and post layout similar to the attached reference photo. Entire fence shall be stained to closely match the existing storage shed color. Stain sample shall be approved by the City before application. Posts shall be securely anchored to the concrete ledge using engineered post bases and appropriate concrete anchors. All fasteners and hardware shall be exterior-rated galvanized or stainless steel.
