To provide maintenance, repairs, emergency services, parts and material for low (<600V) and medium (600-13,200V) voltage electrical distribution systems for a period of three years with an Authority option for an additional two years (a total contract term of five years) at various TBTA locations. The Contractor shall be certified by International Electrical Testing Association (NETA) in the maintenance and testing of transformers, metal-clad and metal-enclosed switchgears, switchboards, protective relays, circuit breakers, switches, automatic transfer switches, manual transfer switches, uninterruptable power supplies, battery packs and chargers, and other miscellaneous electrical distribution equipment.

Provide on-call and emergency electrical assistance services. This includes the water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and lift stations. Electrical service requests may consist of a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, the installation and wiring of light fixtures, repair of communications conduits, installation of power to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, emergency repairs or replacement of lighting and wiring in various city pump and lift stations, installation and repair to power distribution and medium voltage systems, and other electrical issues as they arise.
