Description: Fabricate and deliver the materials to construct: C-59(712) – triple 84" x 53' corrugated metal pipes on a 40-deg. skew (lhb), C-59(968) - triple 96" x 42' corrugated metal pipes on a 0-deg. skew, C-59(973) - triple 72" x 40' corrugated metal pipes on a 0-deg. skew, C-59(978) - triple 84" x 43' corrugated metal pipes on a 20-deg. skew (rhb) with paved sloped inlet apron, and C-59(1012) - twin 72" x 65' corrugated metal pipes on a 0-deg. skew, all with steel headwalls and wingwalls.
