LULAC Head Start Inc - Fit-Out Phase 2 (RFP)

Description: Work includes interior fit-out of two vacant rooms on the second floor; one vacant room (approx 770 SF) for enrichment programs and the second room (approx 1750 SF) for gross motor activities. Additionally, minor alterations to combine two offices into a meeting room and installation of concrete pavers to create a small patio area adjacent to existing playground in the exterior.
