Luff Hoist Wire Ropes, Port and Starboard
Description: Wire rope shall: Be ASTM A1023/A1023M-21 compliant 6 x 36 classification wire rope. Not be rotation resistant. Be extra improved plow steel (EIPS/XIPS/Grade 1960) or extra-extra improved plow steel (EEIPS/XXIPS/Grade 2160) wire rope. Be pre-formed wire rope. Have bright (uncoated), non-galvanized surface finish. Be of right regular lay (RRL) lay type and lay direction. Have an independent wire rope core (IWRC), wire strand core, or steel core.
