Description: Wire rope shall: Be ASTM A1023/A1023M-21 compliant 6 x 36 classification wire rope. Not be rotation resistant. Be extra improved plow steel (EIPS/XIPS/Grade 1960) or extra-extra improved plow steel (EEIPS/XXIPS/Grade 2160) wire rope. Be pre-formed wire rope. Have bright (uncoated), non-galvanized surface finish. Be of right regular lay (RRL) lay type and lay direction. Have an independent wire rope core (IWRC), wire strand core, or steel core. A need for cableway crane refurbishment services. Provide services for refurbishing the 150-ton cableway crane. The principal components of work include: replace the 6, 3- 1/2" track wire ropes. Replace the 2, 3/4" button line wire ropes, buttons and button line tensioners. Replace the 1-1/8" inhaul, outhaul and hoist wire ropes. Refurbish the existing carriage. Redesign the slack carrier eye area, refurbish and install slack carriers.
