Lubbock Readiness Center Major Maintenance STAR RFP

Description: The Texas Military Department is seeking competitive sealed proposals from general contractors to modernize approximately 129,000 square feet at the Texas Army National Guard Lubbock Readiness Center, addressing health, safety, and code deficiencies while improving mission capabilities and force protection. The work includes interior structural, architectural, fire-protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and IT/telecom improvements; exterior utility, drainage, lighting, pavement, and fencing work; and lead protocol and mold remediation. Contractors must attend one of two mandatory site visits on December 1 or 2, 2026, and proposals are due March 9, 2027, at 10:00 AM CT.
