LSLR Pilot Fall 2026 RFP

Description: The City of Philadelphia is procuring a micro purchase for flat printing and mailing materials supporting the Lead Service Line Replacement Pilot Fall 2026. The work includes five-sheet letter packages, outer and reply envelopes, variable data, and multiple mailing events with quantities generally ranging from 3,000 to 6,000 pieces. The award will be made as a whole or by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and all listed items must be quoted to be eligible for award.
