LSCS Montgomery-University Center Roof Replacement

Description: Provide university center roof replacement. The project includes complete removal of the existing roofing system down to the existing light weight insulating concrete deck, repair of the existing roof deck as required, installation of a new modified bitumen roofing system, replacement and modification of associated roofing components, and all related work necessary to provide a complete, watertight roofing assembly, including manufacturer and contractor warranties; Remove and re-install/replace lightning protection system; Repair existing deck as necessary; Remove abandoned roof equipment/penetrations and repair roof deck; Mechanically fastened base insulation into existing metal form deck; Install successive layers of flat and tapered polyisocyanurate and cover board set in foam adhesive.
