LS-DYNA Licenses Renewal
The Office of Procurement Operations, on behalf of the Office of Science and Technology Directorate within the Department of Homeland Security, intends to award a sole-source contract to ANSYS, Inc. for LS-DYNA license renewals. The licenses support the Transportation Security Laboratory’s modeling and simulation work for aircraft safety, composite aircraft testing, and explosive characterization testing. Interested parties must submit written questions, comments, or capability information by August 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time; no solicitation document exists because this is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract.
