Lot Clearing RFP

Description: Provide lot clearing. All sites shall be cleared of all grass, weeds, unmaintained hedges and bushes, tree limbs, small trees, brush, debris, trash, or other unsightly articles; all sites, entirety of lot, shall be cut to a height of 3" or less; all sites shall be cut and neatly trimmed along the streets and sidewalks; all sites shall be cut and neatly trimmed along the outside perimeters of all structures; all cultivated flower beds and or hedges shall be trimmed and maintained; all Formosa/mimosa and other new growth of undesirable trees shall be removed from the property; all sites shall be cut and trimmed along all fence lines to include vegetation growing in or on a fence.
