The Department of Commerce, through the Office of the Secretary and its Office of Acquisition Management, published Special Notice TAIA0000-26-00122 of intent to award a purchase order on a sole-source basis to the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) for an exhibitor booth at the IAPP Global Summit. The notice says IAPP is the exclusive organizer and host and maintains sole authority over exhibitor booth participation, sponsorship opportunities, and associated event services, so no other vendor or reseller is authorized. It is expressly not a solicitation or RFQ, no solicitation document or attachments are available, and the response deadline shown is Sep 05, 2026 09:00 am EDT.
