Location immobilière pour agrandissement du Campus Vanier - Soins infirmiers

Description: This open Advance Contract Award Notice seeks to lease approximately 1,876 square metres at 1285 rue Hodge, Montréal, to expand Cégep Vanier College’s campus for nursing-related teaching capacity. The premises would provide classrooms, student resource areas, specialized laboratories, and administrative and support offices; the proposed lease duration is nine years. Although the notice refers to a government grant supporting regional cégeps, it is a procurement for leased premises rather than a grant program; the portal lists closing as 2026/10/05 at 23:59 EDT, while the description separately instructs interested parties to submit by 14:00 local time.
