Lobbying Services (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide proposals from experienced and registered lobbyists with a strong track record of professionalism and excellence working with the north carolina general assembly and united states congress to represent the town and its legislative agenda. The person or firm shall supplement the work of the town manager, assistant town mangers, and town attorney. The work will be managed and organized by an annual contract on the north carolina fiscal year.
