Plum Creek ADA Bathroom Remodel RFP
Demolition of the current southern bathroom wall to open into storage room space. Erection of wall to enclose bathroom on the west side to re-enclose space. Adding of waterproofing sidings to all bathroom walls. Remove of old laminate flooring and installation of new laminate flooring. Installation of new toilet and sink. Installation of wall outlets. Installation of ventilation and motor. Installation of ADA fixtures to bring bathroom up to ADA compliance. South bathroom-new we are planning an addition of another ADA bathroom adjacent to the updated southern bathroom. Removal of shelf from storage room. Erection of wall on west end of bathroom to enclose from storage room. Cutting door frame on north wall and installing ADA compliant door. Installation of wall outlets, light fixture and light switch. Installation of ventilation and motor. Installation of new toilet and sink. Adding of waterproofing sidings to all bathroom walls. Installation of ADA fixtures to bring bathroom up to ADA compliance. North utilities room update. Replace current sink with free standing utilities sink with goose neck faucet. Removal of toilet and capping.

The Town of Bedford, on behalf of its Police Department, seeks bids to remodel two bathrooms in the main Liberty Lake Park Building at 939 Burks Hill Rd., Bedford, VA 24523. The existing bathrooms occupy approximately 189 square feet, and the Town intends to use roughly the same space. The proposed remodel is to include either a shower in each bathroom or a shower accessible from both.
