Lime Deposit Removal (Request for Proposals)

Description: Residuals management program for the city's water treatment plant (WTP). The work consists of the collection, handling, transportation, processing, dewatering, drying, and/or disposal of water treatment residuals generated by the city's lime softening process. This contract is intended to establish performance requirements rather than prescribe a specific process or technology.
