Structural Rehabilitation of Lift Station 27 *RE-BID*

Work includes removal and replacement of existing interior wood stud wall, existing wooden floor joists and decking covering the wet well will be removed and replaced with steel beams and 1/4" tread plate, ducting will be plumbed through the tread plate, exterior doors will be installed and replaced, and an exhaust fan will be installed in an existing window opening, Waste water By-Pass Pumping.
