LI-COR Biosciences (LICORbio) for an Odyssey® M Imager
The National Institutes of Health intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to LI-COR Biosciences (LICORbio) for an Odyssey M Imager. The notice identifies LI-COR Biosciences as the sole manufacturer, supplier, and service provider and cites the system’s specialized near-infrared, visible fluorescence, trans and epi illumination, and optional luminescence capabilities. Although the notice is not a request for competitive quotations, interested parties may submit capability statements by the deadline so the Government can determine whether to proceed with a single-source procurement or compete the requirement.
