LHA 2026 Capital Improvement Projects RFP

Description: Work generally includes cleaning of kitchen and bathroom exhaust ductwork and trash chutes; conversion of existing bathroom exhaust systems to centralized exhaust systems; exterior door and frame replacements; exterior air-conditioning sleeve and under-window panel painting and caulking; and miscellaneous interior building renovations. Interior renovations at Solberg Heights include improvements to the trash room, men's and women's toilet rooms, and adjacent corridor, including architectural finishes, doors, ceilings, lighting, electrical, plumbing, heating, and ventilation improvements. Additional work includes exterior door replacements at Stoffel Court and Solberg Heights and exterior painting and caulking work at Sauber Manor.
