Lewellyn Gym Renovations RFP

Description: Project description: a three-story gym, approx 33,600 sqft gymnasium, locker room and classroom space, steel framed structure with a multi-wythe masonry envelope. The building exterior is clad in brick and incorporates precast stone accents, including a water table, window sills, and other architectural details. A regular fenestration pattern creates an architectural rhythm around the perimeter and distributes light throughout the interior.
