Description: Lethbridge County purchased an approximately 35-acre greenfield site in the Broxburn area to consolidate operations now at the Lethbridge County Administration Office, the Picture Butte Shop, and the Coaldale Shop, including Council Chambers. It seeks a qualified Functional Planning Architect to lead a collaborative needs assessment and prepare a Functional Program, Site Master Plan, and high-level conceptual construction cost estimate for a Council business case. The engagement is limited to the planning phase; detailed architectural and engineering design, tendering, and construction administration services, if required, will be procured separately.
