LEO-WD Layoff Aversion RFP

Description: The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity is seeking proposals to assess early-warning and layoff-aversion practices within its Rapid Response program and other business-engagement activities. The selected contractor will evaluate the Michigan workforce system’s existing practices, collaborate with state officials and stakeholders, and provide findings and recommendations for improvement.
