Seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the replacement of the three existing culverts crossing to improve. Work includes the removal of the existing stormwater culverts, installation of new stormwater culvert and new headwalls, ditch regrading, and milling and resurfacing of the affected roadways. Additionally, culverts to be extended beyond the clear zone where necessary to comply with safety and design standards. The project also includes, but is not limited to, activities such as clearing and grubbing, excavation, sodding, grading and paving, curb installation, drainage pipe installation, pavement marking and signing, and site restoration. AvailableThe Housing Authority of Baltimore City issued IFB PUR-1622-26 for a TPO roof layover at Fire Station #30, 3220 Frederick Avenue in Baltimore; the work includes installing a new TPO membrane over the existing modified bitumen roof with associated deck repairs, insulation/coverboard, flashing, coping, and gutter/downspout evaluation. The solicitation mandates compliance with federal wage/Davis-Bacon requirements and a 20-year unlimited manufacturer warranty, and requires Section 3 compliance (percentages and a Section 3 Compliance Plan) along with standard insurance requirements.
