Legal and Strategic Advisory Services Refresh / On-Ramping #01 RFP

Description: The Contractor shall perform a full range of ongoing legal tasks related to the services set forth in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), which may include: Providing FHFA legal advice relating to management and oversight of litigation and non-litigation matters. Providing advice and direction to FHFA on coordinating strategy for oversight of litigation and other legal matters affecting FHFA and the Regulated Entities, the Office of Finance, and U.S. FinTech, LLC. Providing legal and strategic advice and direction to FHFA on policy decision making involving the Regulated Entities, the Office of Finance, and U.S. FinTech, LLC. Providing FHFA advice and direction regarding governing statutes such as the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
