Legal Advertising Services County-Wide RFP

Description: The County of Calaveras invites sealed bids from qualified newspapers of general circulation to provide legal advertising and publication services for County departments and agencies. Required services include publishing legal notices, public hearings notices, invitations to bid, ordinance summaries, tax-defaulted property notices, grand jury reports, election notices, and other legally required advertisements, along with proofs, affidavits, invoices, and deadline compliance. The initial agreement is for two years with two optional one-year extensions, and bidding closes on August 27, 2026; the County does not guarantee any minimum volume or dollar value of work.
