Project inlcudes preconstruction phase services:furnish cost estimates to the owner for review and approval at 100% schematic design, 100% design development, and 50% construction documents. ; conduct thorough constructability review of the construction documents. ; scope of construction phase services : provide and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, labor, and professional and non-professional services, and perform all other acts and supply all other items necessary to fully and properly perform and complete the work as described in the contract documents.
