Lease of Office Space. Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) #26NAT01 - Office Space
The U.S. Government seeks competitive lease proposals for 2,352–2,470 ABOA square feet of office space in Beaverton, Oregon, for district-office and OIG use. The proposed space must include separated district-office and OIG areas with specified offices and support rooms, plus three reserved, secured on-site spaces for official government vehicles; the lease term is 15 years, with 13 years firm. Initial offers must be submitted through GSA’s Leasing Portal under RLP #26NAT02 and include a scaled floor plan and, when applicable, authorization to represent ownership.
