Provide men's and women's ada accessible restroom renovation. Remove cast iron drain lines and replace them with schedule 40 pvc lines. See attached photos. Quartz countertops with two (2) porcelain sinks in each restroom. Ada compliant fixtures for each sink. Metal partitions 2 stalls in the women's restroom with 2 ada toilets, 1 stall in the men's restroom with 1 ada toilet and two urinals. Vct flooring - color to be determined by park manager. Wall tile up to 4'6" high - color to be determined by park manager. Paint ceiling and walls not covered with tile. Exhaust fans in each restroom. See attached file.
