The City of Washougal seeks statements of qualifications from multidisciplinary teams for landscape architecture, architecture, engineering, and related design services for the Washougal Veterans Memorial at Washougal Memorial Cemetery. Anticipated work includes site validation, concept development, public and stakeholder engagement, design, cost estimating, public works bid documents, bidding assistance, construction support, and closeout. The project is supported by Washington State capital funding administered through the Department of Commerce, has a maximum total project budget of $250,000, and is expected to reach construction and closeout by June 30, 2027, unless an earlier grant agreement date applies.
