Land Lease - First Manassas Mile Road (RFP)

Provide first mile last mile (fmlm) services in support of the county's newly established public transit system. Work includes but not limited to, the following services: scheduling and dispatching first mile last mile trips using volunteer drivers. Coordinating with the county's bus operator to ensure that accessible vehicles equipped with wheelchair lifts are available when required. Maintaining accurate service records, including the number of trips provided, dates of service, pickup and drop-off locations, mileage, and purpose of travel. Providing responsive customer service and resolving passenger transportation requests. Preparing and submitting complete and timely monthly invoices with supporting documentation. See outside link.
