Description: Provide regular on-call abatement and maintenance services. Seeking professional research services to evaluate the extent of harms to black citizens of city from the historical enforcement of segregation and accompanying discriminatory practices of the city, researching what it has done, failed to do, and/or contributed to historically and currently, resulting in a comprehensive report on each of the five harm areas that are economic, health, housing, criminal justice and education.
