Qualified contractors to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the Water Treatment Plant Improvements project. The project involves constructing a new treatment process for the removal of PFAS at the Water Treatment Plant.

City of Chandler

Work will consist of thru lanes, turn lanes, bike lanes, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, street lighting, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), traffic signals as warranted, storm drainage, landscaping, right-of-way acquisition, and utility relocation. The scope of work is to provide services including data collection, utility coordination, facilitate progress meetings, project management, survey, cost estimates, conceptual pre-design, project assessment reports, public and stakeholder meetings, right of way coordination, water/sewer utility upgrades, geotechnical services, environmental services, permitted plans including phasing plans, specifications, bid schedule with a final cost estimate, and bidding assistance.

Provide comprehensive project management services in support of current and future budgeted projects for county, on an as-needed basis, excluding road projects.
