The project consists of decommissioning and complete removal of an onsite 20,000-gpd wastewater treatment plant and auxiliary systems along with various components of the sewer pump station (pumps, rails, control panel) and connection to existing municipal sewer. Specifications for decommissioning and demolition are provided in section 02800. Contractor shall take possession of all decommissioned and demolished materials and remove them from site entirely. Contractor may offer salvaged materials for sale to other parties.
