Seeking a team that will fully manage, design, engineer, inspect, and deliver this project. While City staff will be involved and provide general oversight, the consultant will need to take a proactive role in managing this project, keeping tasks on schedule, meeting the appropriate requirements, quality control, and delivering timely top-quality work. Project will construct approx. 1,100 LF of 18" sewer pipe, 1,700 LF of 21" sewer pipe, and 10 manholes. Possible Project constraints include potential bedrock/poor soil conditions, existing public and private utilities in 108th Ave, coordination and timing with the CWS-led pump station and force main, and maintaining vehicular access during construction.
