Lake Forest Community Preservation Program Notice of Funding Availability (Statement of Qualifications)

Provide a consultant ("consultant") who will offer professional guidance and manage a community preservation program ("program"); consultant would provide professional guidance and expertise throughout the implementation and management. This would include: program management/oversight; engaging the community to identify qualified applicants, assess program costs, select qualified recipients, and execute volunteer projects. ; facilitating a team of volunteers that include those with specialized skill sets to support various needs such as plumbing, landscaping, painting, and miscellaneous handy work. Working with others including government agencies (e. G. , orange county health care agency, oc fire authority, oc sheriff s department, etc. ), local non-profit organizations, local faith-based organizations, and local businesses, to identify resources and establish volunteer groups.
