Description: The Maryland Department of Labor is soliciting bids for the removal and replacement of rooftop HVAC Unit #1 at 128 Baltimore Street in Cumberland, Maryland. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, permits, and incidentals necessary to deliver a fully operational replacement system meeting applicable ASHRAE, IECC, and Maryland Energy Code requirements.
