Labor Attorney Services RFP

Description: The City of Sweet Home is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide comprehensive labor and employment legal services under one agreement. Services include Oregon public-sector labor-law advice under PECBA, federal and state employment-law assistance, collective bargaining support, and possible representation concerning grievances, unfair labor practices, unit clarification actions, and the Employment Relations Board.
