Klondike Landfill Monitoring Well Installation RFP

Description: Work includes three (3) continuous borings (4x6 sonic) and sampling from 50' bgs to 70' bgs (max 70 ). Boring dia will be 6"; install two-inch monitoring wells into each of the three borings; install sand filter pack of 20/40 silica sand to 2-ft above screen. 1' fine 30/65 sand seal (1' thick) should separate the filter pack from the bentonite pellets. 2' to 3' of bentonite pellets; neat cement grout shall be mixed using 6 gallons of water per 94 pound bag of type i/ii portland cement to a density of 15 lbs/gal and introduced to the annular space through a tremie pipe installed just above the well seal material and placed progressively upwards to ground surface.
