Kent County Local Management Board - Family Housing Initiative (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeking proposals to provide navigation and cross-agency coordination services to prevent student and family homelessness. Envisions a local community-based organization, consultant, contractor and/or agency designing and implementing a program that will assist families to secure and maintain stable housing. Program design must include a structure for cross-agency collaboration to solve problems with the family and connect them with services and resources in real time to meet their goals for housing and well-being.
