Kearney 2026 Part 2 Improvements 45th & Avenue N Intersection

Provide reconfiguration of the intersection of avenue to include a southbound left-turn lane and new traffic signal. Removing existing pavement and mid-block crossing and placing 1,500 SY of 8" concrete pavement and 4,700 SF of concrete sidewalk. This project also consists of storm sewer improvements, traffic signal installation and associated electrical work, pavement striping and all other associated work. 1 LS mobilization; 1 LS traffic control; 1 LS erosion control; 1 LS earthwork; 1 EA potholing; 100 CY over excavation and replacement of unsuitable material (if required); 1069 LF remove 2' curb & gutter; 407 SY remove pavement; 4228 SF remove sidewalk; 1 LS remove pavement markings; 3 EA remove tree; 3 EA remove curb inlet; 1566 SY build 8" concrete pavement w/ integral curb.
