KCLS Artists Roster

Description: This open Request for Qualifications is a procurement solicitation, not a grant, through which the King County Rural Library District dba King County Library System seeks artists for its KCLS Artists Roster. The roster will support acquisitions of existing two-dimensional and three-dimensional artwork and site-specific commissions across KCLS facilities, with eligible media including painting, photography, fiber arts, prints, glass, ceramics, metal, mixed media, installations, murals, outdoor sculpture, and architecture-integrated artwork. Artists may be located outside King County, the roster will be updated every three years, and qualification submissions are due September 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
