Renovation of the existing 4 story, 22,690 SF robertson building, originally constructed in 1916. The existing structure consists of brick masonry walls, wood floor structure with heavy timber and wood framing. The exterior scope of the project includes the addition of a covered metal stair, ADA accessible ramps, custom wood entrance canopy, new aluminum windows, aluminum and hollow metal doors, overhead coiling doors, and new EPSM roofing system. Additional exterior work will include, but not be limited to, brick repointing and re-setting and replacing stone sills. The interior renovations consist of selective demolition, extensive repair and replacement of structural columns, new code compliant stair and elevator, patching and refurbishing wood floors, new LVT flooring, wood and gypsum board partitions, casework, hollow metal frames with wood doors, and paint. Renovations also include new mechanical systems, new plumbing systems and fixtures, new electrical systems and lighting, and new fire protection systems to include fire alarm and sprinkler.
